At Pamir Essence, we aim to deliver your favorite products quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.
Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time (Delivery Duration)

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, or unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 200–250 (depends on location & courier)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000
  • Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.
  • For COD orders above PKR 5,000, we may request partial advance payment for confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • A tracking number
    • Courier tracking link
  • You can track your shipment anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery delays.
If the courier returns the parcel due to:

  • wrong address
  • phone switched off
  • customer unavailable

You may need to pay reshipping charges.

7. Damaged / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Share unboxing video + photos for verification.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

8. International Shipping (Optional – remove if not needed)

Currently, Pamir Essence does not offer international shipping.
We will update when available.
