1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order ONLY if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective
  • You received an incomplete order

Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or tested.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To approve your return request, please provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging
  • Order number and contact details

Without an unboxing video, the claim may not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare/beauty/wellness items
  • Items bought during sales, discount offers, or promotions
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Change-of-mind returns

4. Refund Options

After verification, eligible customers may choose:

a. Replacement

You will receive the same item again at no extra cost.

b. Store Credit / Coupon

You will receive a voucher equal to the product value, redeemable on your next purchase.

c. Refund (Special Cases Only)

Refunds are issued only if the product is:

  • Out of stock
  • Not replaceable
    Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is from Pamir Essence (wrong/damaged item):
    ✔ We will cover all shipping charges.
  • If the customer wants to return due to personal preference (not eligible):
    ✘ Shipping cost will not be covered.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipping by contacting support.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged item

Exchange will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
